Community Partners

Our Valued Community Partners

We are incredibly grateful for the support of local businesses and organisations that contribute to our school. Their generosity enhances learning, improves facilities, and creates new opportunities for our pupils.

Whitwick Parish Council

Whitwick Parish Council plays an important role in supporting the school and wider community by:

  • Allowing us to use Parsonwood Hill Recreation Ground for outdoor activities
  • Supporting local events that bring the school and community together
  • Working in partnership to address local traffic issues and tackle littering in the area

Oakland International - The Oakland Foundation

The Oakland Foundation
Through the Oakland Foundation, Oakland International helps children facing financial hardship. Their support has included:

  • Assemblies on ‘Field to Fork’, helping pupils understand food distribution and sustainability
  • Funding for targeted interventions, ensuring disadvantaged pupils receive extra support

People Zones

People Zones work to strengthen communities and make them safer. They are funding the refurbishment of our school ball court, transforming it into a community asset for both pupils and local residents.

We’re incredibly grateful to Everyone Active – Whitwick and Coalville Leisure Centre for generously funding a brand-new football kit for our school teams. This support helps our pupils feel proud to represent the school and promotes active, healthy lifestyles.

Everyone Active, in partnership with North West Leicestershire District Council, also runs the Club Activ8 Scheme – a brilliant initiative that encourages young people to access local leisure activities, making sport and fitness more accessible across the community.

Together, we're promoting wellbeing and opportunity for all.

I-Clean

I-Clean generously deep cleaned our Foundation Stage outdoor area, creating a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming space for our youngest pupils to enjoy.

Owen Williams Kitchens

owen-williams.co.uk

When our staff room needed a new kitchen, Owen Williams Kitchens generously donated both the kitchen and the labour to install it. This has transformed the space into a modern, functional area that greatly enhances our staff’s well-being.

They are also helping to modernise our preschool kitchen area, ensuring that our youngest pupils have a safe and inspiring space for their learning and development. We are incredibly grateful for their continued support.

Join Our Community of Supporters

We are always looking to develop new partnerships with businesses and organisations who share our vision of providing the best opportunities for children.
